Description

After upgrading to Cinema 4D R13, I only wanted to do a re-render of my first ever image [link] to try out the new physical render mode, and blur the reflections a bit, but i ended up doing a whole new image! What would have been around 2 hours work, expanded in to about 30 hours.

The room is recycled from an earlier project [link], and I think I have come a long way since then.

I have been so inspired by :iconsiamon89: work that I wanted to do futuristic display screens without there being an actual display.
All the information in this image refers to one particular pokemon, see if you can guess who.

Oh.. the glass tubes with R,B,Y on them refer to the first generation pokemon games Red, Blue and Yellow. Within the tubes, I tried to create the 'essence' of the games in a science form haha.

EEG is basically brain activity, you should google it for more information ;)

Render time: 16.5 hrs
Touch ups in Photoshop
Circuit board texture [link]

Check out my other 3D art [link]

This was a work in progress of this final product [link]

here is just a quick tutorial of how i did the fire and water in the glass tubes [link]

The colour. The graphics. The detail. Everything about this picture is magnificent. You've got the elements beside and the screen behind the windows in the back ground. Epic. Awesome. Magnificent. You have the power source, the cleaner, programmer, and the fine print detail. I like the skeleton in the background too. You can defiantly tell the pokemon's status levels. Silph Co. Laboratories. I honestly wish I could work there. Keep doing what your doing ^.^

I rate this a 100 out of 100 a whole Six stars ^.^
I will be very disappointed if you stop making these. You'll be a wonderful artist one day. Good job! ^.^
